Bio: I was elected WMRRA Novice Rep for the 2011 season after being nominated by my good friend Monica Wallace. She had faith I would do a good job, organizing and improving the novice program, bringing the standards higher and helping novices have a much better experience than she had. She encouraged me to raise the bar; I hope my efforts have reached those goals. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting the incoming novices, sharing my passion, and hopefully providing them a good foundation to begin their racing while welcoming them into the WMRRA family. Almost like a proud parent, I love watching the new racers improve and move on to become expert racers. I plan to continue improving the novice program and growing it to become the envy of other clubs around the nation.
