General Membership Meeting Minutes

Secretary- Debbie Hallanger
-Watch for change in location of future GM meetings. 
I will give no less than 2 weeks notice. 
Recommendations are welcome.

Treasurer- Joan Inge
-Not present
-No report

1st VP- Mike Tobin
-Not present
-Sponsors for most classes are secured, these include 
both money and products. Many of the local shops have 
stepped up. Prizes will be awarded to class champions 
at the awards banquet. Sponsors will be listed both 
on the website and in the race day programs. 
-Second batch of posters are being created using 
Studio 819 artwork. 

2nd VP- Bill Hallanger
-Kevin Hochalter, our radio guy, is moving out of 
state. Bill will be handling radios for Round 2. We 
are currently seeking a replacement. If you are 
interested contact Bill, either by email or at the 
track. 
-Thanks Kevin for your years of dedication.

3rd VP- Ariana Burgess
-There were a few scoring issues from Round 1, most 
were due to transponders with weak signals or 
connection problems. 
-You need to verify with scoring for real time testing. 
-There will be a sign up form at registration for the 
EDR Pacific Northwest Challenge. Check the board where 
lap-times are posted.

President- Allister MacKinnon

Novice Rep- Nico Tomacelli
-The Mike Sullivan School held an NRS today.
