General Membership Meeting Minutes
March 26, 2008

Secretary- Debbie Hallanger
-No report

Treasurer- Joan Inge
-Bank balances reported.
-The gate was fee was increased to $10 at the Nov 
E-Board Meeting.

1st VP- Mike Tobin
-New schedule cards have been printed, as well as 
stickers.
-New posters are being printed, but will not be 
available until Round 2.
-We are getting a great response on class sponsors 
from a variety of companies with both cash and 
products. Half the classes should be sponsored for 
the season by Round 2 and will be announced ASAP. The 
goal is to sponsor all 23 classes. They will be 
honored in the race day programs, track announcements, 
and at the season awards. 

2nd VP- Bill Hallanger
-Race day staff is ready for Round 1.
-Shirts and jackets for workers are ordered and will 
be ready for Round 2.

3rd VP- Ariana Burgess
-Majority of packets are out.
-Wireless was tested at the 2Fast weekend for scoring, 
registration, and the tower. 
-The new dBcom software was also tested at 2Fast 
utilizing our racers on the track to gather data. 
-New head scorer was present and trained.
-There will be 3 lines at registration again for 
non-registered, pre-registered, and transponder 
rentals. 
-There are 170 pre-registered racers so far.

President- Allister MacKinnon
-NRS on the 19th was a success. We were happy with 
the level of instruction given by 2Fast, and the few 
problems encountered will be worked out for the 
next NRS.
-Every racer will pay a $5 pit usage fee when you 
register. This covers a portion of the fee that 
WMRRA is accruing from the track. 

Airfence Committee
-Ready to go for the weekend, it will be set up 
Thursday.
-There are two new modules ordered to add to turn 10.

Novice Rep- Nico Tomacelli
-NRS at 2Fast went well. 
-Surveys are out for classroom and track sessions. 
Nico has received about 30% back.
-The new mentors are engaging their novices as 
expected.
-Mentors will have special stickers to enter the 
track during a novice practice and need to contact
Nico to receive this. 

Supersport Rep- Ross Delong
-Not present
-No report

Superbike Rep- Brad Gua
-There is a member that can run the same bike in MW 
GP twins and 250 GP, but these classes run at the 
same time as waves. How can the member be scored for 
both classes? The race director will have to attempt 
to change the classes to accomodate these classes to 
run separately.

Vintage Rep- Duncan Craick
-Not present
-No report

Good of WMRRA
-Banquet is confirmed for Nov 8th. Information will 
be online.
