Executive Board Meeting Minutes 7-11-2007 Treasurer - Joan Inge -Spokane gates reported. -Bank balances reported. -Injured rider fund balance reported. We received $180 in donations from Rnd 5, $150 of that was from Russ Wieand, your Course Marshal. -Air Fence fund balance reported. We received $240 from Rnd 5, $150 of that was from Russ Wieand your Course Marshal. -SRP income and expenses reported. -Wrist bands were 1 and 2 day options and this worked well. Everyone pays entry into SRP, no exceptions. -Brandy Wieand has stepped up and helped tremendously. Secretary - Debbie Hallanger -No report 1st Vp - Andre Lister -Not present -Half of IMS is paid, which comes with a discount. -Ads will be published soon. -Radio ads will be going out for the SOTP weekend. -Charity has confirmed T4T for Oct 7th. -People and pets food drive at Aug 11-12 race weekend 2nd VP - Bill Hallanger -Discussion on Rule change proposals being posted from website. -Young Guns is still on the schedule on the website, which is incorrect. It's been cancelled for the '07 season. -We have received positive feedback for separating Supersport and Superbike to different days. Race Director will consider continuing with this schedule. The complaints are being considered as well. -Discussion on wave start and problems experienced on Saturday's 600SS start. If there is a 2-5 second wave marked on the grid, there will be a wave. -Starters have asked for a helper to call at any time who is trained, Race Director will find one of the current Officials to step up. -Nominations are open per By-Law article 4 and are closed August 24th at midnight. Voting closes September 2nd at midnight. 3rd VP - Brent Hallstrom Not present -May have found a husband and wife team to take over scoring. President - Allister MacKinnon -Bus stop will have a line painted for inside of track. The bus stop may be wider now. The Race Director and Course Marshal will be there when they paint or soon after. Race Director is purchasing more of the curbing and considering placement. -E-Board has authorized up to $4,000 for curbing Novice Rep - Chris Denzler -Not present -No report Supersport Rep - Nico Tomacelli -No report Superbike/GP Rep - Jeff Webber -Not present -No Report Vintage Rep - Duncan Craick -2007 SOTP registration will be posted soon. There is a $10 increase for entry fees. -Schedule posted on website has been approved. There may be one more practice session. -Posters are printed and will be circulated to shops. -Payout will be the same as last year based on rulebook. -Parade lap during lunch.
