Membership Meeting Minutes July 25, 2007 Secretary- Debbie Hallanger -Nominations are open. -Make sure member has accepted before nominating. -Ballots will be available at Spokane event and closed at midnight Sunday Sept, 2. Treasurer- Joan Inge -Not present -Spokane gates reported. -Bank balances reported. -Injured rider fund balance reported. We received $180 in donations from Rnd 5, $150 of that was from Russ Wieand, your Course Marshal. -Air Fence fund balance reported. We received $240 from Rnd 5, $150 of that was from Russ Wieand your Course Marshal. -SRP income and expenses reported. -Wrist bands were 1 and 2 day options and this worked well. Everyone pays entry into SRP, no exceptions. -Brandy Wieand has stepped up and helped out the treasurer tremendously. 1st VP- Andre Lister -Not present -Half of IMS is paid, which gave us a discount. -Ads will be published soon. -Radio ads will be going out for the SOTP weekend. -Charity has confirmed Toys for Tots for Oct 7th. -Northwest Harvest and Humane Society food drives will be held at the Aug 11th and 12th event. 2nd VP- Bill Hallanger -Rule proposals close Aug 1. -New bus stop configuration has been determined and will be outlined using new curbing. 3rd VP- Brent Hallstrom -Not present -New awards presenter is needed. -New scoring team is needed. President- Allister MacKinnon -Not Present -No report Novice Rep- Chris Denzler -Transponder availability has been questioned by novices. Registration assures us there is a sufficient number of rental transponders, although there could be a shortage of pouches. AirFence- Chris Denzler -Last spare cover being put into rotation. -Some bails will be updated with the new style of foam. Supersport Rep- Nico Tomacelli -Not present -No report Superbike Rep- Jeff Webber -No report Vintage Rep- Duncan Craick -Not present -2007 SOTP registration will be posted soon. There is a $10 increase for registration race fees. -Schedule posted on website has been approved. There may be one more practice session. -Posters are printed and will be circulated to shops. -Payout will be the same as last year based on rulebook. -Parade lap during lunch.
