Executive Board Meeting Minutes  5-9-2007 Secretary - Debbie Hallanger -No report Treasurer - Joan Inge -Not present -The Round 2 Net. was reported, less refunds and track bills. -366 attendees for Saturday, 696 for Sunday. First VP - Andre Lister -Not present, no report -Discussion on future of APEX. -More shirts and stickers are on order. Second VP - Bill Hallanger -No report -Discussion on large grids. -Discussion on rider’s meeting length and timing. -Injured rider contact liaison will keep the club posted on injured riders. Third VP - Brent Hallstrom -Saturday registration problems were addressed by Sunday. -OMRRA DBCOM pieces have not shown up. -Shellie will be registrar at Spokane. -All racers that had issues were very polite and appreciative. -Results are always official 5 days after race event. President - Allister MacKinnon -He has admin power for the WMRRA forum now. -Thank you to all the people that helped with the Sunday morning cleanup. -PR has been warned they will have NO easy access to the inside of the track at the endurance race. They will have to be driven across. -Discussion about mess on the track and what the track should do for compensation. -Notice that you have an extension of another 30 days from the 7th to request refunds from 1st race weekend. You MUST have your rider receipt with your refund request form! -Spokane contract will be signed soon. Brent met the new track manager and is pleased with him and track condition. -We will be in charge of track entry and collecting the gate at future Spokane events. Novice Rep - Chris Denzler -No Report Air Fence – Chris Denzler -14 of the new straps for Air Fence were stolen from turn 8 and 5 at the High School Drag event. -Safety discussion on turns 2 and 7 at PR. Supersport Rep - Nico Tomacelli -Complaints noted about many vehicles taking advantage of early entry. -Race Director assured us he is watching the entry closely. -Discussion on proposal has been brought up to move to AMB in the future. Superbike Rep - Jeff Webber -No report Vintage Rep - Duncan Craick -Café Veloce has contacted us to co-advertise with them or have them sponsor a vintage race.
