General Meeting Minutes  3-28-2007 Secretary - Debbie Hallanger -Not present, no report Treasurer - Joan Inge -No Balances available. -All checks paid out are now are computer printed. -Half of the insurance is paid. -PR was paid. -Balances estimated by president. First VP - Andre Lister -Not present -Nico reports that Smokey Point is having an open house, he’ll be there to represent WMRRA. He will have bikes and banners to display. Second VP - Bill Hallanger -Not present, no report Third VP - Brent Hallstrom -OMRRA DBCOM equipment was purchased and is expected on Apr. 5th. This will include spare transponders. -See our website for transponder purchases. -There will be a possible transponder rental shortage this weekend because of the large NRC class. Experts will have priority, returning novices second, and so on. -NRC students may need to borrow expert transponders for their event. Otherwise manual scoring will be provided. President - Allister MacKinnon -22 people helped out for the tire wall construction, big thanks to all of you. -Looking for help in relocating the storage containers, the date is currently TBD. -Ducati contingency is paying out for 600SS, 750SBK, Open GP Twins (OMRRA & WMRRA). -Camping at PR announcement: if you show up for AF on Friday, you can leave your trailer for $10, this will cover the weekend if you are there before 6 pm. Otherwise gates will be open until 9 pm and you will pay $10 for Friday and Saturday night. NO motorcycle engines after 9pm or end of the drags, which ever one is later. ALL QUIET after 10 pm! Don’t piss off PR, use common sense and will be trusted to act on the honor system! -Gates will open at 7 am on Saturday and Sunday. -All non-essential vehicles must be out of the pit area – with the repaving, pit space is limited. Remember, vintage-ville is treeless and currently dirt/mud. -If it’s not a tow-vehicle, park it on the grass. -Grouping vendors is being discussed. Novice Rep - Chris Denzler -Mentors are being sorted out and will be assigned tonight after meeting. -No NRC novice tech before 9 am, but you still must be registered before 8:30 am with everyone else. AirFence- Chris Denzler -Season end repairs are in progress. -2Fast track day repairs. -New tie-back system is still under consideration, there is still a rotation problem that needs to be solved.
