General Meeting Minutes 1-24-2007 Quorum: 25 Secretary - Debbie Hallanger -No report Treasurer - Joan Inge -Checking, Air Fence, and Injured Rider balances reported to the membership. First VP - Andre Lister -No report -Suggestion: Supercross event booth for WMRRA. Second VP - Bill Hallanger -Not present, No report -Race Director report    -Working on providing race day staff with medical forms.    -To camp $20 per person.    -To leave equipment, $10 per vehicle/trailer.    -More training for dedicated workers. Third VP - Brent Hallstrom -Portland offered DB Com system, price TBD. Possibly $1,000, inventory TBD. President - Allister MacKinnon -Novice program manual in works. -PR digging and squaring out tire wall positioning. Volunteers to help with the tire wall will be asked for soon. -Track insurance to be quoted still. -Bones did not get his recognition on this seasons poster, and it did not contain his logo. Compensation TBD Novice Rep - Chris Denzler Proxy Report by Debbie -Vintage-ville trees are gone, and a few more may be taken out. -Out of 62 Air Fence, 35 need semi-significant repair. -One bad AF bail has been disassembled for parts. This is non-impacting, it is usual to have one left over. -T-8 tire wall looks good. A volunteer work day early March for T-7 wall. -All containers are moving (AF and race day gear). Place ok'd by denzler outside of T-9 30+ ft from track, track side of fence. At most a distraction. Supersport Rep - Nico Tomacelli -No report -Staggered grid position discussion. Superbike Rep - Jeff Webber -not present, no report Vintage Rep - Duncan Craick -Not present, no report Good of WMRRA. -Discussion presented by Mario for Young Guns event. E-Board announced exhibition style lunch track time. -A quorum was present and 3 questionable motions were proposed The motions were: 1) change the rule proposal deadline to a new unspecified date 2) allow 850cc twins in 600sbk 3) allow 1099cc twins in 750sbk Make a note that the President is not certain that the motions are in order. The motions were allowed pending further review regarding their status. The President is currently investigating to see if the motions are in order. A full report shall be presented at the next general membership meeting. -Motion to vote for rule proposals -Rules submission deadline to be open -850 cc increase in 600 sbk -1099 cc increase in 750 sbk All three questionable motions passed. -Discussion May-Sept.
