    Default SV650 G2 track/racebike $4000

UPDATE: Bike sold to an awesome guy from the way East side. In fact, Dan took fourth the first time he raced it, then took first the second time.

    03-05 SV650 G2 track/race bike (Single spark plug heads)

I just bought this G2 SV650 about a month ago as a baseline for a Superbike build project. It already has everything needed for Superbike classes expect for the big engine. Bought it from a great motorcycle guy in Reno who built it for track days at Thunderhill. I’m selling because I bought another very expensive SV Superbike that popped up unexpectedly so, have to pass this opportunity along to someone else.

    Engine:
    Leo Vince full system
SV Cam Swap (Gen2 intake in intake side, Gen1 intake in exhaust side)
Motor pulls strong. Bike starts easy and runs quiet. Exhaust note sounds meaner than my last years SV650SS bike. Can’t wait to get it out on the track. Update: Ridden at first 2Fast track day and the bike performance was impressive.

    Electronics:
PC3 w/ quick shifter (standard shift)
ECU was flashed & a custom tune by Brian at SPL (Superbike Performance Labs). Removed timing retard, decreased engine braking & increased the rev limit. 72 HP on the dyno up in Reno at 6,000 ft altitude. (Approximately 75 HP in Seattle.)

    Chassis:
    Safety wired.
Suspension was just serviced front and rear.
The fairings are still primer so you can paint your own canvas. Update: Painted Red/White
Penske triple clicker shock - newly refreshed and set up for 185# rider w/ 500# spring. Have extra 450lb spring for lighter rider.
06 GSXR-1000 forks from Zoran(TWF). .95 springs and have .90 springs as well.
01 GSXR-1000 triples w/ light weight Intrinsic racing upper triple
    Toby steering damper
01 GSXR-1000 front wheel (powder coated gsxr blue)
320mm rotors - new used w/ 4 track days on them
Galfer HH pads - 4 track days
    06 R1 calipers w/ 7mm spacer for 320 brakes
    06 R6 master cyl.
'08 GSXR-600/750 rear wheel w/ TWF kit for SV (powder coated blue)
Braided brake lines front & rear
    Woodcraft clip ons
    New Votex rearsets
    Vortex gas cap
Relocated smaller battery w/ custom low left side mounting bracket
    Lighter rear sub-frame
    Keyless race wire harness
Armour Bodies bodywork in good condition with slight marks from slow speed lowside.
    No cracks.
Tank has a dent on right side and a few more on left side (typical SV) Update: Bondoed, primered and painted. Looks pretty decent.
    New chain & sprocket

$4000 cash. Bill of sale only.

For more info, email or call 425-238-3373.

Some spares: .90 race tech springs for forks & 450 lb spring for rear shock.

This would be a great handling track day bike. It is also legal for WMRRA LWSK, MWGP, TFS, & Formula Thunder race classes. (Not legal for 650SS.)

Yep still have it. Planning to do a refresh on it in the next couple of months. Only 119 days until the first track day in March.

Are you going to play with us next year? Better get on that exercise bike now..... Just say'in.

Trash talking already? Am I going to have to separate you two? If so, let me know, because I'm going to have to slow *way* and wait for you both :P

I'll just hook a tow strap to the back of Dan's bike, so I can keep all of you in sight.

Bump. Even though I can't wait to ride this bike, it needs to be sold to fund other adventures.

I rode this bike at the last track day a couple of weeks ago and it was impressive. Here are some pictures after the winter paint job. This bike is worth $4K easy with all the stuff is has but I would be open to reasonable offers. Thanks
