I want everyone to know that Barry, Butters and all team surrounding Dunlop and kfg kick arss. Shot out to Dorn and edr as well. After running a great race in FU in Portland this weekend to have a whole explode out of my header on final lap, I was throwing in the towel. I limped in not knowing what the issue was. I said. IM DONE. I threw my gloves down, kicked a rock, kicked my dog:) and thought about how soon I could get home from Ptown for a beer. Barry sais, nope you gotta go race 750 superbike. So he got some soda cans, safety wire, hose clamps and went to work for 45 minutes and Magivered me an exhaust. With a few minute left we got it running and back on the grid for 750 superbike. That was an incredible act of skills and kindess. thanks again barry and team

no problem Valle...i told barry "you remembered my pop can trick/story" glad it worked out.
IMO termignonis are JUNK! they used to be so nice, but now mass produced, we have seen over dozen 1098/848 system crack, mufflers melt, header blow thru, etc.. JUNK! and not even cheap either.
Lets clean up that italian supermodel and get you a geisha girl that behaves
Well done man!!

Akrapovic or Leo Vince.
well i would not recommend the Akra cause of the replacement cost alone! (the y pipe is over $300 just alone!)
The Leo is HARD to beat for power, reliability(no cracks!) and replacement parts are affordable.
Too many ducatist get on this "Termi" trip! Its like guys that buy a ZX and go "I need only a Muzzy" come on...its 2009...not 1989!
The termi quality is SHIT nowadays..doubt me?? find an OLD system like the 916SP we have in our shop...the pipe is BEAUTIFUL and compare to the 1098 in our shop...pure crap!
Too bad they have ruined a great name

+1 on the termi's
I put them on my 848 because I'd heard such good things about them. I was very disappointed when they showed up just based on the CF finish. I thought to myself "I paid how much for these?" Very rough and not very attractive. The performance was okay but all I had to compare it to was stock. Then I picked up a full akro system. I got a good deal on it or I would have went with the Leo system. Just wish the cans were a little smaller like the Leo's. I'll be buying a Leo system for my new track bike though.
I must say though, the Akro system is a work of art. Machined flanges and all TIG welded. mmmmmmm!! Very nice looking.
