WMRRA races in Spokane is coming up, and I would like to find out how fast the big bikes can really go. I mean, Sully has that zx10 and Eli is riding a superbike! Not to mention MikeM's bike which isn't that slow... And who knows who else will be racing. Let's get a radar gun out there to clock these things! Does anyone have access to radar equipment? Can we get a cop to stop by the races during the OSS or FU races? Or how about just a timing light set up at the end of the straight...?

We had a laser out there several years ago.
I think Mike S was getting hi 180's on his R1.
I know the last time we raced there, Ross was ripping on a GSXR 1000.
BUT!
The gearing is very near the same, (some may ADD a tooth to the rear) so top speeds are similar to Pacific.
Sooooo, that means the big bikes are around 180 at Pacific... Woooo....
Spokane has a little more wind so you can get a tailwind which helps, or you get a headwind which slows you down...

From my notes last time we were there ->
Sully's R1: 179 mph
Ross' GSXR1000: 184 mph
