Just a reminder for Saturday.
1) We are using the OMRRA rules. Rules can be found at http://www.omrra.com/info/rules_endurance.php Please be familiar with the rules, ignorance is not an excuse.
2) The rules will be enforced. Pits will be visited prior to the race, your pit must be numbered, any infractions will be pointed out giving you time to remedy the problem. During the race, stops may be monitored, and pit inspections may occur. The goal is to be as transparent as possible, while maintaining fairness and safety. The referee will not interfere with your pitstop unless safety is compromised. Violation of the rules regarding pitstops and required equipment will involve fines rather than disqualification or time penalties. If the infraction is safety or machinery, the bike will be held in the pits or subject to DQ per the rulebook. (http://www.omrra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2386)
3) Please remember to bring a broom, oil dry (kitty litter), and have a fire extinguisher (10lbs and no, 10 1 pounders is not acceptable). Please put your race number on your fuel cans.
4) You are entitled to pit on the wall. If you have problems locating a pit, please notify any omrra official. They will help you get a spot.
If you have any questions about rules, please email Brian Moe (omrra referee) at referee@omrra.com
If you have any questions about endurance, please email me, Stuart Johnson at endurance@omrra.com or endurance@wmrra.com
For all those wanting to race, post up your add to be a rider, if you have a bike and need riders, post up.
This year we have an all new class. Novices, e-racing is a great way to get actual race time and experience and not have to fight 40 guys going into turn 1, put your teams together.
