What do you need for a Private Trackday, do you still have to make your bike track ready and what all does that consists of? Do you have to have a full one piece suit or just jacket and pants? And anything else that would be good to know?
Those details really depend on who is hosting the track day. There is a calendar of track days at Pacific and Spokane on www.wmrra.com/calendar.html, and there are links on the top of that page to the websites of the groups which host the track days.
As a general rule of thumb, they don't require full race-prep (safety-wire, coolant system flush, etc) but they do want you to tape over your lights. Good street-riding gear is usually acceptable -- they aren't going to require a one-piece race suit but they aren't going to be ok with jeans, for example. But definitely go to those trackday group websites and read their rules, because it really all comes down to who is running the event.

Those are the top three orgs and each of their sites discuss what is needed to ride that day.
Other good things to know.
If you can help it, do NOT ride to the track day. You are going to be tired at the end of the day and god forbid you pitch your bike, you'll be up a creek. Not to mention, you will want to be able to bring a chair, some water, etc.
Also a good idea is a canopy (10x10) can be had pretty cheap. During the summer its nice to get in the shade and in the spring, away from the rain if it does rain.
Extra gas as you will likely run through a full tank during the course of the day.
Water/snacks are always good.
Ride your own ride. Do not try and keep up with buddies. This will result in you putting your bike down 9 times out of 10.
Thats all I can think of now, I'll add more if I can think of it. :)
