View Full Version : RIP: Duaner
It is with a heavy heart that I write this:
Duane was killed in a street accident Saturday afternoon.
He was a good friend to many of us, and a close friend to Oliver Jervis.
He was a Loving Father, Husband, friend, and avid Motorcyclist.
We will surely miss him.

I was pretty sad when i read this. I've never met Duane but we've corresponded abt parts and bikes frequently and I found him bright and helpful.
I know he's got all the riding he wants now.. No cars, traffic and every lap is better than the last.

This hurt me to hear today from some of the guys back home. It's been 6 months since I saw Duane as I've been living in Australia. Duane had a passion for bikes like nobody I'd ever met.
You'll be missed buddy.
Chin up Yogi. I know how much Duane meant to so many.
I still can't believe it :(

Will you be able to make the service tomorrow night, JD? I didn't know if you'd seen the announcement on Islandriders.
