Hey,

I've looked around, but didn't see if its been decided or where it has been communicated -- didn't the E-board discuss this last Wed? All I see is its either 4 or 6 hours. Which is it? :)

Thanks,

Tim

I had to search the document -- its on actual registration page (last?) in vertical print (check box for the appropriate weekend part). It got me too, until Phil made me question myself.

Its also here: http://wmrra.com/endurance.html

Seriously? It's on Sunday instead of Saturday? That blows.

Was it not originally stated that endurance would be on Saturday?? Cuz I planned my whole weekend around that. Guess I'll be missing Rd 5. :bash:

Why is there no offical clarification/communication on this yet?

I'll clarify.

The registration form is correct.

Sunday.

6hrs.

Sprint racers will be able to salvage a couple of days of the holiday weekend.

Sprint bikes will not need hasty repairs to be ready to race after endurance crashes.

Good luck, I'll see you on the grid.

riding an R6.

Thanks Allister. Do you know when we should expect to see the Saturday schedule?

Give Jeff a little time Stevie. It's only been a week since the last race weeekend. Come on now. There are the bill paying jobs during the week that we have to do. (Damn real jobs!) I'm sure he'll have it out ASAP. :)

So how do you get on an endurance team anyway?? Yes, I'm shamelessly looking for a ride .

Find a friend with a bike and give them money, or find some friends to give you money. Determine a fair amount for repairs for the inevitable, and split the amount between the riders. Find an agreement that works for maintenance and tires, as well as gas and riding time and go for it. As long as everyone agrees to the details, everything will work out fine. Make sure to have a signed agreement that explains what is covered by the riders and what is covered by the bike owner, so that no one gets hurt, financially or mentally, and go ride.
