Just one more question and I'm done!
What maintenance are people getting done between race weekends and race seasons?
ie: brake bleeding, oil changes, inspections, chain lubrication/cleaning, shock oil replacement/R&R, etc...
I am here to please/appease the tech gods!
Suggestions appreciated!

I change my oil and inspect/lube my chain before every race weekend. Bleeding brakes I'll do probably twice a season, and then also immediately after any trip over the mountains (the elevation and air pressure change will form bubbles) or when I notice them fading (obviously). I've never touched the insides of my shocks, but I probably should.
I bleed my brakes all the time, after things cool down each session and sometimes more often. They have had some fade issues, and constant bleeding solves the problem. My mentor, Dan Chancey, recommended it, and it is a habit now. Maybe it's not necessary to bleed them so much, but I would rather do too much maintenance and have solid brakes than not do it and regret it.

I use my checklist (http://madmanx.kakaracing.co.uk/Tech.htm), most of the maint is done a few days after a track day or race.
- Change the oil
- Bleed Clutch/Brake
- Replace Water/Water Wetter
- Clean and lube chain
- Inspect pads and replace as needed
- Change Tires
- Check rearsets/levers/controls
- Check and re-safety wire components as required
- General once over on the bike front to back to check for loose bolts, cracks, dings or anything else that could cause an "oops" out on the track.

When changing oil, I always put all the drain plugs back in and let the bike sit for a little while. Then I check it for leaks. Then I start the bike, let it run for a bit, then check it for leaks again. Safety wire comes only after making sure there are no leaks. It is a habit from years of working on cars and bikes, and I never really thought about it until last weekend. I never, ever change the oil at the track.

When I change the oil, I properly torque the drain plug and safety wire it. Actually, that's probably the only bolt I pull out the torque wrench for. bad.
I'm not experienced enough to do the "torque by feel" method so I use the torque wrench on all the wheel components, drain plug, etc.
One more:
- Wash the bike and wiggle/pull on anything you can get at of while at it. Found a few potential boo-boos doing that.
