Chris and I are wanting to work on our back yard, make it a nice little get away, easy care plants, etc. We've attempted but just don't have the vision to make it what we want. We wanted to see if anyone in the WMRRA club does this sort of thing for a living and if they'd be willing to cut us a deal :)
Or if you have a good landscaping consulting service contact, please pass it on. We don't mind doing the work ourselves, but just having the blueprint is our current dilema.
Thanks,
Ariana

Rent a Bobcat, and buy two (or more) CRF50's. Nuff said. I'll buy beer.
No? I'll get some info from our friends, they know these kinds of people.

As much fun as that sounds, we 1) don't have a big enough back yard for such antics 2) have 2 dogs that we'd like to limit the amount of dirt they track in and 3) want to have a deck to BBQ on
Thanks for the thought though. Next house will either have NO yard or we'll be on acres so we can do such a thing

Hey, that's what I did! But you're better off with a mini excavator. Make sure to get one with a blade and a thumb so that you can scrape the track really well and pick up giant rocks that you unearth and use them to back the berms. Also, it helps to have a friend that makes trails for a living, is an ace on the machine, and can cut the whole thing in one day.

Ha ha! I'd like to see you squeeze that in your back yard. I think I'm with you. I'd go for the deck, a bbq and some simple landscaping for the pooches!

I hear Nico's pretty handy in the backyard. http://www.edrperformance.com/insider/showthread.php?t=1217&highlight=weekend
