Leathers alterations?

I have a one piece leather suit that I never use and want to alter it so as to create a jacket out of it.
I live in Oak Harbor,so, is there anyone,"close",who does this kind of project for a reasonable price??
Too expensive and I may as well just purchase a new jacket!:bash:
