Just wondering, do out of town racers who do not hold a wmrra license collect points in races?

what do I do about #'s on the bike if the number I normally use at my home organization is used by another racer here?

Read up on the rulebook...I believe the visiting racer with the same number puts an "X" by his number.

Hey Mike,

I was told by Shellie that you can do an out of town number reserve. Hopefully get something close to your number. I just have to a 1 in front of my WMRC number.

The X rule only applies to AMA or other pro riders. And even then it's a bit of a PITA since our database doesn't recognize letters. So visiting racers from other clubs will have to be assigned an unassigned number, hopefully something close to their existing bike number or do a out of state number reserve that Daryl mentioned.

As far as points, yes, out of state racers who don't hold a wmrra license can collect points.
