So... all the 600s are competing against gsxr 750s, Buell 1125r, MV Brutale (a 916 if I remember correctly) and KTM super dukes? This is very confusing. They have HP limits and hp/weight ration limits, but won't a 750 tuned for torque kill any 600? I can see benefits to the new company running the AMA if they bring better TV coverage and all that but these rules don't make sense to me.

I wonder if they are going to have multiple classes in Daytona Superbike? I can't see all those bikes being competative against one another.

They specified "Race Tech" for fork internals. I hope that is just a product type reference.

Nope, Daytona Superbike is the class. Its controlled by HP and weight Jake. :) 2010, will take rider weight/bike weight into performance #'s. :D

So far, looks like a big joke. I love that bikes must have "authorized" aftermarket parts, so this means, whichever manufacterer pony's up the most cash, gets to have there parts as a spec part. Fucking ass clowns. :withstupid:
