Hey guys I raced ametuer in canada and did okay so they moved me to pro here. Do you guys have the same class structure or no? What will I qualify as? Do I have to puchase my own health care? What kind of tires is the common choice down there? I have CBR600rr and I am wondering what the mod limitations are? Are the close to the AMA? Anyone have any contact info for a Honda dealership down there that is kinda big into racing so I can have a chat with tem about qualifying for contingency etc? Does any of the directors know if I need a CMA release like I do for the AMA? I have already had an AMA release put through. Anyone know of any DIRT cheap hotels?? lol I'll have more questions later when I can think of em.

Jesse,
Health insurance is a requirement for WMRRA. I'm not sure what you are referring to as a release, we have a release you sign when you get your License Application, and you also have to sign at every event.
As for what modifications are allowed to your bike, you need to look over the rulebook which is located online at www.wmrra.com.
Thanks,
Luke

as to the release the AMA requires you to have a release document saying you allowed to race in the states. so i have to purchase blue cross then?

Welcome Jesse...
You'll need to provide your own health insurance - either your Canadian public policy covers you down here, or buy some.
If you've had a previous expert or pro license from one of the Canadian clubs (I'm assuming the CMA is the Canadian equivalent of our AMA), raced actively within the past couple years, then you should be able to take it to our Race Director, have one of our experts go out and follow you around, and if there are no problems, probably get signed off to get an expert license here.
Tires are all over the map - although most go with Dunlops.
Look over the contingency area of our web site for that info, and look at the links area for dealer and shop info. Remember though, we are a club, and don't have large money events.
Our rule book explains all of this...
