I'm kinda in the market to buy an enclosed trailer, anyone know of a dealership that gives good deals? Looking for a 7x14 or 7x12. Also, do any of you know about the going rate for a enclosed trailer of that size?

Thanks

I picked up mine from Olypmic trailer down in Fife. I have a 8.5x16 and was 5200ish out the door. I think you will be about $4500ish for the size you are looking for from them.

Thanks for the info, I kinda expected about that much and that kinda hurts but....it beats loading the bikes onto a rail trailer and stuffing my pathfinder so full that I barley have enough room to drive.

I know I had to do one race last season in between selling my old trailer and getting my new one. SUcKED big time, let alone the fact that I have my race stuff that stays in the trailer so I never have to remember it since it's ALWAYS there.

Troy, you may be able to get into one for less than $4500, but if you want rails, chucks, and the other goodies that you'll someday want, then thats probably close to where you'll end up. I'd look around and price shop big time. The North West area is not in a shortage for trailer delearships..And it might be worth the while to go as far as Olympia or such.....Best of luck..Eric

Thanks for the info and advice guys! I think I have to seriouly shop around for a good deal or wait for a used one because money is tight especially with the season coming around in the next couple of months. Damn this is an expensive hobby! :D

That depends, what do you bring to the game? We currenlty have 2 expert riders and 2 novices on our race team.

haha, that sound very familiar. Let alone Steve makes me haul of his stuf down, he also thingks he is a factory rider and makes me do the mechanical stuff. But hey at least he brings donuts ever Sat morning as part of our race ritual.

Oh I know who did it. Steve has to have a 520 kit installed and guess who's house he is draggin his stuff over to, since he has no tools. :D

Ok back on the topic, Ge the biggest trailer you can afford, and store. Orginally when I got my 8x16 I thought it was to big, but I can tell you I love the extra room now.

Being one of those - if you get a big ass trailor - will you really be able to put 3 bikes in there?? If not, i know Josh will probably have dibs, since he lives with you, so maybe you can unload your current trailor to me for cheap ! :-)

Some guy at my work said to check out this horse trailor place down in woodnville. He said they have lots of used trailors, of all kinds, not just horse trailors. May be worth checkin out.

Are they speaking of the place on 202 (Redwood Road) just north of Hollywood Hill? If so it is more than just a horse trailer place.
