Vortex Clip Ons minor problem

I have recently purchased and installed Vortex clip ons and race levers. However, my front caliper resivoir has nowhere to attach now! Does anyone have a 06 GSXR that has these clip ons? If so what did you do? Any input would be appreciated. All I have now is a strong zip tie holding it pretty good, but I'm just wondering if there is a better, more secure way to fasten it down.

ok.... you can use the aluminum bracket that came attached to the reservoir. Go to the hardware store and get a bolt the same size and thread pitch as the bolts that hold your clip-on tube in... but about 1/2 inch longer. get a nylock nut as well. remove one of the bolts from your clip-on and replace it with a longer one. bend, grind, drill, or use any other method to chape your OEM bracket so that your reservoir sits where/how you want it to. now bolt the aluminum bracket to the underside of your clip-on and secure it with the nylock. :)

You can also stop by and take a look with what I did with my 06 front end with my LSL bars. I used a little piece of aluminum.

I'll be there in front of the gate tonight at around 11ish. So I'll be at the track day. :)

Did you also make a hanger wire clip to hold the throttle cables away from the brake fluid reservoir hose?
