I and many others in the WMRRA community run the Leo Vince. It is great for the track, but loud as hell on the street. The M4 is just as loud. I would go with the R55 or with Akro if I were to do it over again.

The Leo is super popular among racers. I'm not really sure why, other than it does get some good HP numbers. But so do the Yosh and the Akra.

I have an Akra s/o on mine, and I love it. The exhaust note is real deep, and yes, loud, but not as ear-piercing as the Leo or M4.

Leo Vince offers contingency at WMRRA events.

Leo Vince makes a great exhaust system for the 06/07 GSXR 600/750... AND they are a big supporter of roadracing at all levels. You really can't go wrong... I don't believe I have seen many racefit systems on the WMRRA grids.

are there any clearance issues with the leo and race body work? Does it matter which leo i get? ( is there a best)

the stainless full system (SBK oval) with titainum or aluminum canister would be a good system to get. The CORSA full system (titainium headers) is a bit overkill in my opinion. yes, ti is lighter but it dissapates heat quicker than stainless and degrades quicker, it is a pain in the A$$ to find a good ti welder if you screw it up AND i think it is about 800$ more.

I really like these systems because usually if your footpeg holds up in a crash, it will protect the exhaust from getting too damaged.

I haven't had any clearance issues... you may have to trim around the can a bit and putting a bit of heat shield tape in your lower would be a good idea.

Where could I buy some heat sheild tape? I just put my Leo Vince in and I see what you mean.
