Tired of ebaying cheap ass race plastics that take forever to fit, never look right and explode on impact, just to save a buck.
Looking for the most cost effective, quality race plastics out there for my 2002 GSXR 1000. Any suggestions would be great...thanks! :)

Sharkskinz *always* comes up as the number one best race glass out there. Perfect fit and crashes well.

Sharkskinz FTW. Even after my epic crash, I was able to easily repair the plastics and have them back on the bike without issue.

I believe sponsorship is closed at this time for them. They usually have it opened from December to February (for receiving race applications).
I used their product before being sponsored as its well worth the price as it is typically repairable after a crash. Unlike the cheapset I bought. :)

Sorry dude. Can't do. That info is confidential. Most sponsors don't want you sharing that information as to not to create problems among sponsored riders. ;)

i don't think that they are closing shop completely but the guys at eastside said they are moving to one distributer only and in limited production or something like that. I tried to order their stuff before the first round and couldn't get any so...ya...sucks

Effective immediately Morse Racing Products, Inc is closing its doors. My friends, we tried to make the best of this slower than normal season. We
have tried everything that we could think of to keep going, but to no avail. We have to close down the shop and the business.
Over the last few months we tried a a handful of things in hopes of making
ourselves lean enough to survive this market downturn. Unfortunately, it was not until the past few weeks that we came to the realization that there was just no way to survive any longer. I wish you all the best in the future. Know that I tell you all this with a heavy heart and great sadness. The MRA has been like a family to me over the last 6 years.
I will be keeping my molds and equipment, but no longer producing the fine line of Morse Racing Products / GP Composites bodywork. My intentions are to make some bodywork now and then, but nothing even close to being in high production. I will still manufacture and sell fairing stays, stands, and knee Pucks through MOTO-SIX Racing and Dave Gallant until further notice.
I have several obligations on the table that I will be honoring, so nobody freak out. My plan is to bow out of this with my dignity intact.
If you have concerns please feel free to e-mail me while this address is still active.

Glad I got them while he was around.
Um..I guess Sharkskinz are the ones for me now.

+1 on both of these comments. I had ArmourBodies on my RC51 and it was very light, very flexible, crashed well, and fit perfectly.
HotBodies is heavy, stiff, doesn't line up well, and is mis-shapen in sections. There's so much resin used I think the race glass is heavier than the OEM plastic on my 1000RR. It also leads me to believe that if I ever dump it the shit's going to shatter all over the place.
ArmourBodies costs about $1000 for a full superbike set, but it's been rated as some of the best race bodywork on the market so...... your choice :D
