2000 Honda CBR 600 F4
Buy it today and you can take it out for a track day tomorrow.
I bought this bike 4 years ago with 4,500 miles on it with the intent to turn it into a track bike so that I could start racing.
I started to build the bike and I got as far as changing these items:
Aerotech fiber glass body
M4 full exhaust system
New rear sets
DynoJet carb kit
New case covers to meet tech requirements
Completely wire tied
I took the bike out on 4 track days and had a great time with it. It runs strong and handles well considering it still has the stock suspension.
Then I started a new business and found I had no time to pursue this interest so two and a half years ago I winterized the bike, covered it, and it has been sitting in my garage unridden.
It has never been wrecked or run hard and I estimate the miles around 5,000 to 5,500 and I have a valid title. It will require new tires soon.

I know someone will ask if I can sell the original body work, I can not because I sold it when I took it off.
I also have a small tilt bed utility trailer that I've used to haul the bike in (not pretty but does work and hauls lighter yard stuff as well) which I could be convinced to part with for FREE with the purchase of the bike.
