03 GSXR 750 w/Bent Frame

I am posting this one for a friend. You might be able to tell from the photos that the bike has a wheel base 2 inches or so shorter than it is supposed to be. Body work is off so you can see the frame and motor. Here are some details:

Almost everthing is OEM
Body work is in good shape
It has around 8500 miles
Forks seem to be ok
Clean title

Dealer went through bike and replaced front wheel, head bearings, inspected forks, and then determined that the triple tree is bent. We think it is the frame that is bent and not the triple tree, but there are no cracks or creases. You should be able to straighten this one.

I am not positive on the price, but I think he wants $4k OBO. I will get this clarified later.
