what happens when you wheelie into a wall (http://sbkmoto.super-forum.net/General-Discussion-c2/Moto-Related-f3/Wall-Wins-t638.htm).
long and the short; 19 year old buys 1k> 19 year old says he can ride> 19 year old take off after purchse of bike> 19 year old wheelies into wall at 50 mph> 19 didn't have his helmet strapped> helmet was ejected> 19 year old now has quite a debt since 19 year old has a totalled bike with 1.5 miles on it.

Hope the kid's ok. Don't feel bad for him though.

would you be ok if you just totalled a new bike after 50ft and now you own the entire amount - of a totalled bike...

I don't really feel bad for him either. He was buying a bike that is clearly beyond his riding capability and he's also not smart enough to insure it. He probably saved himself some money and worse injury in the long run by crashing this before he rode on to a public street.

from what i understand "they" were glad it happened when it did instead of happening in traffic - a 50 mph wheelie into a semi would have been nasty.
