Got the balls, looks like he's got the skills, I just hope the brains are included in the package... And hopefully he'll be donating to the air fence fund since he maybe a frequent visitor.

remember last year when Kenny Roberts Jr. brother (don't recall his name) fell...bike caught on fire...then melted the air fence? he got away from the machine pretty quickly lol.

well, my point wasn't to toss his name out there and trash him, however, i do think he's is being a retard. he's promoting the exact image that motorcyclist are trying to get ride of. his video didnt' show anything responsible etc. it did however show a lack of respect for damn near everybody on the road.

if i recall corrently 819 refused (?) to take photos of him on the track because he was being just plain dangerous.

Don't actually think we will be seeing him at any WMRRA event this year ( thankfully ) as he told me he is racing in Calgary, Alberta with the CMRA. The real scary thing about that road in the video is the rock faces on one side and the drop-offs on the other. There are also alot of driveways and side streets, along with bears, deer and tourists. It's a fun road about 45 miles long but to see him riding it like that reminds me why I don't go there that often anymore.

Did anyone notice I was racing autocross around cones, and entered a snow Rally in the video.
So I guess nobody liked the video?

Some of you need to put things in perspective. I was 99% risking myself, so why would you care? How many Iraqi civilians has the US bombed in the last two years, and for what purpose? How many people die from Cigarettes every year?

"Almost 25,000 Iraqi civilians have been killed since US and British troops invaded the country two years ago, an average of 34 every single day, a British study said on Tuesday."

"Cigarette smoking is the single most preventable cause of premature death in the United States. Each year, more than 400,000 Americans die from cigarette smoking. In fact, one in every five deaths in the United States is smoking related. Every year, smoking kills more than 276,000 men and 142,000 women."

I still can't believe I tried to HELP you get it back on the track so you could go toss it some more! you are riding like an idiot in that video, AND you were riding like an idiot during practice in spokane. I have NEVER seen someone weave back and fourth across the back straight like you were (even in novice)... I would like you to know that I actually pitted early during that practice rather than trying to pass your irratic ass. I never realised that you were the SAME GUY until this thread. I would never wish harm on anyone, and congrats on winning some $$$... Hey Moron,

There are plenty of people in the military not stupid enough to respond to your political view who also race for WMRRA...so why don't you just stick to the subject and work on your riding skills.

I am with Corson...I was afraid for myself when I saw you were riding in the advanced session in Spokane for the Sullivan track day (and skipped a session). I was extremely relieved to see that you had been bumped down to intermediate. I don't like to see anyone crash. Most of us try to learn from our mistakes. You seem to keep making the same mistakes over and over again. BTW, doing stoppies in the pits is NOT a good way to convince us you are a good rider. Nor is weaving all over the track like a guy with his hair on fire. Stop trying so hard and just ride smart. Start making smarter comments too.

I already mentioned I don't have a street bike anymore. Race bike ONLY.
I got into car racing, and Rally also. Is this not a sign that I got off the street and grew up. Why not go complain about all the sandle and t-shirt squids on the roads, like everyone always does.

Everyone here must of seen the entire video... didn't anyone notice all the great things in the video. Like a kid sitting on a tiger, or having fun on scooters. As if all of you havn't had your day on the street when you were younger. Maybe their were a lucky few who live next the track and learned on the track. This thread attack is getting rediculous.
I didn't post the video on this forum. How did Moto find my video?.. .he must of been watching all the street videos on google video. Many people enjoy watching interesting videos such as mine.

It's purpose is to entertain, and I worked very hard on it.
You guys really need to travel and see the world. The homeland security act, and Patriot act must be getting to yah...
Stop the online insults and come talk to me at the races. I obviously need a few pointers for the next race weekend. I would like to follow a skilled rider to learn the perfect line. The reason I crashed twice, was because I entered the corners too quickly. When following other riders, I am forced to brake earlier, and thus never enter a corner too hot.
I want to do more drills and less free laps.

piper907

It seems that you have enough $$$ to toss your bikes regularly and still afford to ride, so... maybe take some of your $$$ (or your winnings) and take a formal riding school? I have to say, after witnessing a few displays of your riding I am surprised that you haven't hurt yourself yet... It sounds like you KNOW why you are crashing... so maybe take it down a notch and practice smooth, consistant lines and using/trailing the brakes (not the rear one... like in your video!) before you get yourself or (even worse) someone else hurt.

Piper, I agree I should go to a race school. I would love some guidance.
I really started thinking about this after Spokane. What "affordable" school would be best suited to me, considering my location?

The problem is I can't afford to crash. I am already spending all my money to race. I am getting good at fiberglass repair too, as I try to do everything myself. I am a true privateer, with a sweet setup using my u-built trailer, or so I thought. haha Everyone has very nice trailers. Now I need to spend more money on a truck, since I have been borrowing my old mans. I always said I would never sell my miata.. but I guess that day has come.

I am going drag racing with my bike next month, as I really need to work on my starts. At the Calgary National, I started on pole, but ended up 8th into corner 1. I actually thought I had a good start too, until everyone passed me.

Lauralynne
07-21-2007, 11:25 AM
"affordable school"

In your case we're talking about your life. I've never knowingly watch you ride. But even you seem to admit that you race faster than you skill level. The first step is admitting it. Now calculate how much your life costs. The life of the guy/gal next to you on the grid. Add that up and tell me what you mean by "affordable school".

Just how long do you think your luck on the track is going to hold out? I would say, from the sounds of it and watching your "entertaining video" that your days are numbered.

And for refrence - I STRONGLY believe your "entertaining video" is grounds for being kicked out of WMRRA.

Quit racing until you take a school and find your brain and exhibit some control - ANY control on the track. You're not the only rider you're putting in danger.

I already mentioned I don't have a street bike anymore. Race bike ONLY.
It doesn't matter where the bike is being ridden if the rider is still maintaining the same attitude. Judging by what some other riders here have said of you on track, the fact that you left the street is irrelevant: you're still a rolling accident.
I got into car racing, and Rally also. Is this not a sign that I got off the street and grew up. Why not go complain about all the sandle and t-shirt squids on the roads, like everyone always does.
No, it's not a sign. Because you obviously didn't grow up. You started car racing 2 years ago and grew up, then you got on a bike and what... relapsed?? T-shirt and sandle riders generally aren't passing people on double yellows at double their speed in a wheelie before a blind curve....

I had a friend that rode and drove like this guys once. He only got away with it for a little while. When you are out doing things like that just remember that if something goes wrong its going to be very very wrong.

You should definitely look into some sort of school or instructional track day. Before you seriously hurt yourself or worse someone else.

Does this guy even have a race licence? If so what can we do to make sure that he is in a novice race or watched before he is ever allowed to race with wmrra again. We need to watch out for our safety as well as his because he obviously doesn't care. I guess in canada they let anyone race without taking any kind of class or training. I'm verry glad that when he did crash at spokane he did not take anyone else out with him. I remember when he crashed at seattle 3 times in one day last year and he was just starting to do track days and stuff. Now all of sudden he is out on the track with us expert racers that have gone through all the proper training and bike prep to be out there.
Maybe if you stop riding like an Idiot on the track and in the pitts more racers would be willing to help you out. And quit showing your stunta videos to all the racers.

How did Moto find my video?.. .

You have no idea the volume of crappy video's moto seems to find a sick joy in sharing...

You had the right idea with the video and the added shots of your travels and sights you saw simular to a Warren Miller or Eugene Brown flick, should have cut to the pits and your time on the track with friends rather than where it ended up going. I'd really consider pulling it off line rather than risk having some 18 year old with no skills and just as much testosterone try and ride like that and end up going through the Taco Bell "drive through" at 150 mph...

Lizbeth

Couldn't finish watching the video. Makes me sick.:hurl: And my 17 year old wonders why I won't let him get a street bike?:headscratch: The proof is in the puddin'. Can't grow brains and common sense. You think that because you stopped riding on the street a few months ago you became a responsible adult? Looks like you still have some growin' up to do. We have seen the likes of you in WMRRA. They are no longer around. You may have "mad skills" but they don't mean jack shit unless you have a brain to go with them. There is a HUGE wealth of knowledge in WMRRA. You just have to be humble enough to sit back and learn and not alienate those that you could learn from. You best humble yourself if you want to ride with my friends and the people I care about. There are other lives on the line besides yours.

I already mentioned... ... ...blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I'm good blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I'm fast blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I think I'm good (?) blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I think I'm fast (?) blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I'm ghey blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Hmm, interesting. Lets address a few things here.

Nobody cares about how fast you think you are. Nobody.

Everybody cares about how safe you are. Everybody.

Nobody has ever thought that you were safe. Nobody.

Everytime you've been on one of their local tracks there have been nothing but complaints. Actually, I don't know if you'd really call them complaints. I'll give you an example and you can decide for yourself.

"Do you know who this fucking guy is?" "No, I don't really care." "Well he's a fucking moron...can we kill him?"

"Who the fuck is this meat headed shi'ite sack?!?" "I don't know.." "He doesnt listen to a damn thing that anybody says."

"What' your bother?" "Oh this dummy doesn't listen, pay attention, or respect anybody out here..." "Don't worry, he'll fall down." -5 mins later- "Bahhahahahahahaha!" "Do tell, what is so funny?" "That stupid Ireeeeeeeeeeeenie guy just ate shi'ite, for the third time today!"

Now, if you don't recall, "that" day, not only did Bones refuse to take photos of you but Mario held you back when your session went out. He held you back so that you would fall down on your own and not hurt anybody else. Think about that, what does that tell you about yourself?

We can also reference your latest exhibition at SRP if you like(?).

Or if you prefer we can reference your outing at PIR(?).

Take your pick. Really, any one will be just fine.

Why is it do you think that "Hero" is a good way to describe your type?..

Job well done on that $2500.00 for 5th place.

Not sure, but he talks like he's something in Canada but can't seem to find any race results with his name on it... could be wrong of course but would like to see a link... in the end... I think this is the factor here... He needs to just keep quiet and listen to his peers and elders here. Maturity and humility would go a long way in helping him. Youth is painfull.

WMRRA needs to put Irinie in novice for awhile. This can be done based on the comments he has made in this thread. He says he doesn't know the lines, etc, and needs help. Therefore he needs to be in novice or maybe even do nrc before being allowed to race.

He crashed in front of me and Mark Degross in turn 2 during the first practice at the last SRP race. So we saw it first hand. He may have some skills, but he sure can not tell when he is going into turns too fast. There must be some major things missing in his skill set. Someone please help him and keep us safe.

Hey all,

Just stumbled across this thread amongst my "lurking" and wanted to send a shout out!

You may know us as the "Canadian's" that come down to enjoy your track, club and racing series in Spokane and Seattle (at the beginning of March).

Please don't let this particular racer/rider cloud your opinion of our level of ability here in Canada. We do race responsibly and do require a certain level of ability before being promoted to race competitively.

For example, one of our Amateurs came down the last round and won the novice race, (red#3) and would like to think that this is more conducive of our level of racers in the "great white north".

Thank you all for making us feel so welcome, we truly love your club. We will be seeing you again.

ACK! no!!:bash:

I have to ride AM with him up here;) lol Maybe we both need to get super fast and bump to expert!:p

Just an FYI for you guys.....

In Canada, we have 2 classifications:

Am and Pro

KIND OF like your Novice and Expert, but our AM's (like myself) collect points and claim contingency. So occasionally we have AM Canadian riders riding Expert in the US, depending on if they meet the expert classifications.

Snake, We MAY be coming in aug to Seattle, but are contempating Seattle or Miller for Masters of the Mountians. Up to the team captain tho! ;) We will definately be in Spokane in Sept. Thanks again to you and Rick for helpin me out the last time I was there for the school and track day (you guys are the best)

Thanks for the kind words guys, we love to come down to see ya and race with ya.

Until September......

I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now *I* am the master.
