Looking to get a taste of racing, not looking for anything too special, just an SV650 that is race ready and not too expensive. Thanks

I might be able to help you out. I purchased 2 SVs a month ago and I am debating whether I need both. I would love to have one SS and set up the other for modified classes. Just don't know if I need to spend that kind of $$ right now. (Blue bike)

Do you know what has been done? I see it has a stock front end, but that would probably be ok for the first few races. Do you want to talk about a price?

This is a cut and paste from the listing when I bought the bike.
Bike #2: "Blue Devil"; ex-John Jennings bike. Engine & gearbox fully rebuilt by DAN ZLOCK who opined "...this is one of the best"; needs breaking in.
- Penske shock w/ spare spring
- Forks by GP
- 520 chain & sprockets
- Sharkskin (repaired and painted by Brandon Knowles = "lovely" - the paint, not BK)
- Coolant temperature gauge
- VORTEK rests, etc.
Everything is correct above but I can't tell that the front forks were built by GP. The rearsets are brand new Vortek...because I installed them.
Bike has Canadian VIN and is a '99. Not sure on the price as I bought both bikes and trailer for one price.
Here are a few more pics.

Thanks for the extra pictures. What I meant by front end was the 750 upside down forks. I didn't realize that those were penske's, thanks for the info I'll think about it.
