Changing oil...How often?

Ok. To get this new forum started, I thought I'd ask how often everyone changes oil on their racebikes. After every weekend? Every couple of months? Just curious.

Each weekend - don't scrimp. Oil's cheap compared to blown engines.

1 oil change (semi synthetic oil, new filter)

visual and mechanical inpsection of all the important stuff. (Axles, brakes, suspension, chain adjustment, bars, hoses, wire connectors, coolant level, etc...)

Why not Full Syn? Anyone running something different?
