Hi guys. Figured i would try to bump something you might like for yourself, a significant other, or for a christmas present. Find a picture you like, email Jason Watt about it, Jason will buy a super high resolution shot from Brandon, and 3 weeks to a month later, you have something that lasts a lifetime. Jason Watt is a friend that i met over at pnwriders.com and later I found out that he has done work for some BIG names. I believe he has done art for Aaron Yates, Mat Mladin, Yoshimura, and Michael Jordan Racing to name a few. His work has been seen around the country.

For example, this is dad's christmas present. He was able to make it out to see me on the track for the first time on my R1. THis would be the first time ever he was halfway supportive of my riding since he almost died on two wheels 9 years ago and sold both of our bikes, i know he loved it and brought back a lot of memories. I dont want him to forget it. So in collaboration with Brandon's fine photography and Jason Watt, my father gets this for christmas....... looks real eh?

If you click on the link Jason has his prices posted but I think the 11x17 is $200

Depends... I've seen as low as 300, and another peice of a national champion went for 1,500 bucks, with a following 3,000 dollars made in proofs. But typically i BELIEVE, you can get an original piece, and have the original for yourself for 400 bucks. :D

If you would like the whole story i'll write it. Long story short. THis is the first time since....oh 1996 that my dad has been around bikes, especially to actually "support me" on a bike. So this is very meaningful, and its for him, and i'll have a copy as well (gotta love kinkos!). As for a few differences. He didnt put a background, because he doesnt feel comfortable yet. He says hes working on that. Secondly body position, if you check out the 2-Fast day this was taken as i heard from others (this was the wettest i've ever seen the track) most were on street tires. Me as well, so we werent as low. This was changed by Jason, and im glad he did. You're right, next time, the picture will be from a dry day :) my number, if you didnt notice, also had been removed, only leaving the black tape on my headlights. My number was so beat up from wind that you coudlnt see the second digit, and just looked like bird crap, so he left it off. I couldnt be happier with the outcome! :D

Yeah thats some stellar work. Hey who cares, if I had a cool photo but i didn't happen to be carying alot of lean angle I would have em spiff it up in a heartbeat. That is awesome to have you and your dad captured in a painting it looks top notch.
