I make a pretty legit pass, going into turn 3 on the last lap, to gain a position before the finish.

I recognize that guy @ 13:15!! Vaidis (#944) was on a charge from starting in the 2nd wave... Hehe way to take back the position into 3 on the last lap =P

That was a fun race with perfect conditions. I've got the video from his bike during the same race, which is pretty cool to watch side by side.

One of these days, when I have time, maybe I'll splice them together. I just suck at iMovie so it takes me a while. lol

It's just awesome being on the grid with so many bikes. Great racing with you bud.

Thanks Lionel! - That's nice of you to say. What's really awesome is that I keep getting faster, but I keep dropping back finishing positions because the rest of the novice class is too.

I shaved a second off my fastest time and ran a 1:35.3 on Sunday - that was only good enough for 13th place! Three rounds ago, that would have been good for a top 5 at least. lol.

Missed ya down there last weekend bud. Hope you get the bike back together soon!

I hear ya! Awesome talent pool this year for sure!

As for my bike:

new frame - check!
new swingarm - check!
new windscreen - check!
new fairing stay - check!
new bodywork - check!
new clutch lever, grips, and clipons - check!

Now it's just a matter of whether or not I can afford to actually race! Hopefully I see you boys in October...
