Polishing, powdercoating, & anodizing in the Seattle (ish) area?

I'm working on a project bike and need to find a place that could do the following work in or around the Seattle area:

1) Polish wheels
2) Powdercoat some parts
3) Anodize or un-anodize - I want to remove the brown/gold anodizing on my RC51 forks and return them to silver - and I want to anodize some other parts.
If anyone does this work, or knows of a place that does, please contact me.

prodction plating in mukilteo is very reasonable for powder coat,not sure what else they do.
