There are quite a few racers here that also race AMA and are planning on going down to Laguna Seca for the races this July. I wanted to toss my hat in the ring as a photog for the Washington based riders. Hopefully enough of the larger sponsors of our local riders are interested in getting photos of their riders this season (that are not off of a camera phone) to post in their stores and use.

Racers that are planning on going down, talk to your sponsors about it, if a few of the sponsors are able to pool together you all could have a private photog that would be shooting specifically for you instead of focusing on people like DiSalvo and Yates and such.

Brandon, shoot this to the wmrra AT micapeak DOT com list too. I think more of the racers pay attention to that than this forum. :)

It bounces me all the time for using Gmail. *shrug* At best this is a toss to the wind, just thought I would throw it out there to see if people were interested. You see plenty of pics of the front runners but the guys in the middle of the pack are not shown that often and I don't mean anything rude by it but the name "Jason DiSalvo" is more widely known to the race world as a whole then "Darren Murrey" so more people are going to shoot the "big names"....not to mention I know everyone's bikes/leathers/helmets that race at WMRRA.

I use Gmail without a problem. Right above where you compose the message there is a "rich text" / "plain text" link. Make sure you sent it plain text.

I wish I was good enough to run AMA and if I was...I'd find a way to bring you along.

You are using HTML/Rich Text mail. You can only use plain text for micapeak. Change your setting on your email before you send it. Should be an option right there at the top. :)

bones, you can crash at the intern house if you come down. its like 10 mins from the track, i can get you to the track too

Sweet! Now I have a place to stay and someone to drive me to and from the track....now about getting there and in the place.
