I have a steering stem and lower triple that you could have for cheap... gets you started...

Saw a set of forks on craigslist yesterday, check there.

I have forks, axle and two front wheels for sale. The forks have had the rod welded for the most basic suspension setup. Includes springs for a rate of .925.

I also have a complete set of triples. So you'd just need brakes and clip-ons.
