?? where to put the WMRRA stickers

I could not find in the Rule book, where to place the WMRRA stickers on the race bike. Can someone help?

On the front number plate.

Section E.31

A WMRRA Sticker must be displayed on the front number plate. The sticker will be provided by the WMRRA tech inspection staff.

does anyobne know the reason for this? It's not a big deal to me but was curious. is it for the pictures ;) ?

It probably is for pictures. AMA Pro racing does the same thing, and AHRMA has a 3" round sticker they require on both sides of the fairing -- they are more worried about the stickers than safety wire at their tech inspection. :D
