Spokane Track Day?

Does anyone know where to get/have some info on the Spokane Track Day, July 22nd? I've never been to Spokane yet, from what I gather the track day is put on by the track itself but I have unable to scrounge up much info on how they setup/cost/etc.

Any info greatly appreciated
