Basically, I'm holding a food drive for Northwest Harvest (http://www.northwestharvest.org/) on Sunday, May 2, starting around 3.30pm.

If you've been wanting to get some nice photos of you and your ride (yes, I will make you pose with your car/bike just to see you squirm) or if you just want some casual photos, all you have to do is bring some non-perishable food to Hamilton Viewpoint Park off California Ave above Alki Beach, and you'll get some top notch photography done for you.

So far, it'll be me, The Turk (http://pnwriders.com/users/the-turk/) and JayT (http://pnwriders.com/users/jayt/) shooting. If anything, bring your camera. Whether you want pictures or want a chance to just dink around with your camera or talk photography, bring your donation and just come out and have some fun.

So... are you gonna come out and play?

There's been a change of plans. It turns out that there's a ton of construction going on at Magnuson Park and the original location won't be usable for our needs. So I ran around town today to check out what other locations there could be, but I think we can hold it at Hamilton Viewpoint Park off of California Ave above Alki Beach. Same time, smaller venue, but nicer view for the cars and bikes, and a nicer area for people portraits.

Sorry to say, folks, but due to poor weather, which looks like it's only going to get worse, I'm going to have to cancel this event for today.

There will be a future date for this, more in the summer, so we'll have a better chance of having great weather. Thanks to all the folks that expressed interest in coming out and donating. I'll keep you all posted.
