Sundays race results are whacked outta order, every one who is saying they won da da da da da what ever needs to just examine the results from Saturday and Sunday....
I know that I over took another rider out of the bus stop to the checkered flag but I am placed in the results for Sunday several spots behind them and I know that is wrong. If you guys look at the times for Saturday, which was dry, and see who is in front of you for the results for Sunday, you can see who could posibly be the front runners and who whould be trailing behind, especially in the pouring rain on Sunday.
For example:
I ran a best lap of 1:44.297 in the dry and if I remember right, about a 1:47 in the rain on Sunday.
Bill Broderick ran an amazing 1:36.822 on Saturday in the dry but on Sunday, in the messed up results, he's behind me in finishing position.
I know that is not correct. I am thinking that the results were simply entered in for Sunday by when you registered or your grid position.

When I was looking at the times on Sunday for Saturday's race I notice a first lap difference of 20 seconds between my pit mat (888) and I. The thing is he was in the first wave and I was in the second wave. No way did he do a 1:24...and it would be nice if I did a 1:44 but I'm not that fast yet.
I send an inquiry to scoring about Sunday to make sure it is counted for me as it shows me as a DNS even though I registered times on the scoring sheet that was posted that afternoon.

WHO CARES!! Just finish. None of it really matters except for bragging rights and egos. Let's just get through our Novice graduation requirements and not crash each other out and call it good. They had my teammate who was running 2:08's dry beating me and I ran a 1:41 or a 42. Point is they don't care about this stuff with Novice riders.

I don't care about the placement, I care that it shows me as a DNS when I ran the race. I want to make sure it is on record that I ran it and I completely that damn thing.

This dbcom thing sure seems suspect. I trust my xt race timer though :)

I don't know where you guys are getting sunday's lap times. But the ones on WMRAA are the same as saturdays. SO they don't even have Sunday's up.

By the time you get done with the race, get your suit off and take a drink the lap times are generally posted on the clip boards up by registration. Until you are out of novice I would highly recommend go check that out if you want to see accurate numbers.

I know that myself, along with Brian E., Andrew and his crew checked the clipboard often. The times are pretty darn close to what my XT Ultra was showing. I"m not sure what is up with Sundays posting but it would concern me if it showed DNS when in fact I did race. That happened to alot of us on the opening round, but I was told by Shellie and Diane that we will get credit for the race because it will show up by registration. Not to mention that the guys and gals working the grid have a printout of the grid positions so there is a database somewhere with all that info. They got it sorted out the first weekend and I am sure it will be for this past one as well.,
