Hey guys, I have been getting some questions here and there lately that I would like to make a mini-FAQ for.
Q. Bones, can you shoot me this weekend from the top down angle you do in T7 at Pacific Raceways this weekend? I would like to study my body positioning.
A. ABSOLUTELY. So long as I do not have pre pays (and sometimes even if I do) I will definately shoot particular angles for you. I am here for you guys both to make you look good to send photos to sponsors but as well to provide you with instructional pictures. See the photos that I shoot in T3 at Pacific Raceways for an example, entrance angle, head on, panning, exit angle.
Q. You didn't get 10 or more pictures of me so $55 for a CD sounds a bit high, can you cut me a deal?
A. You bet, send me email at Studio819@gmail.com with a link to your gallery and I will reduce your price
Q. The pictures you did get of me were 10 or more shots but 7 of them were the same turn and same angle, can you cut me a deal?
A. Not a problem, again, email me at studio819@gmail.com with a link to your gallery
Q. I want to buy a photo CD but I want my parents/wife/S.O./kid in Iraq to have a copy and I don't have a CD burner, can you help?
A. This season I am offering the ability to directly download your digital originals from my website for $55 saving you the cost of shipping AND allowing you to send the link to family and friends for them to download the digital originals to see you. No clogged email inbox's. No bandwidth restrictions. Simply tell me you would like to purchase the digital rights and I will unlock your gallery allowing you to download and burn your own CD's as well as send out the link. Just click "Save Photo" underneath your image and the digital original is your's.
Q. Bones, I prepaid for a photo CD but crash just before noon. What do you do for me then?
A. Full refund and you still get your photos that I hit prior to your crash. I am out there to take photos of you, not to rob you blind.
Q. The event that I am going to is a 2 day event and I don't want the same photos again and again.
A. ANY back to back event that I shoot I move to locations that I was not in the day prior
Q. I prepaid you for photos but my S.O./wife/husband/friend is coming out to watch me and does not want to spend all day sitting in the pits or in the grandstands. Can they come out with you to the track for a session or two?
A. Yes, and they can even bring a camera with them. New for 2006 I will chaperone up to 2 people to the track to come into the same locations I shoot in. This means they can get into the inside of Turn 3, the corner worker station in Turn 7, and the corner worker station in Turn 5...these are all places that people cannot normally get into.
Q. I rented out the Spokane facility for "X" date and want you to take photos of us, do you do that?
A. Sure thing. For a private date like that I would need about 7-9 of you to pre pay for a CD and you would have a private photographer for a day. Call any turn or angle you want. Each person will get a DVD of ALL THE PHOTOS for the day broken down by rider as you are used to seeing on my site.
Q. I am a WMRRA/OMRRA racer so I have seen a metric ton of my photos before, but I would like to give me sponsors new stuff every month and not have to pay $55 per CD. Got any solution for me?
A. Yes, for $35/month you can choose 4 photos in 1024x768 format to be hosted by Studio819 in a private gallery that you can bookmark. The photos can be downloaded, you can pass the link out, and you can even link to the photos to your website from the Studio819 website. Your sponsors can even pay for it and if they supply me with their logo I will brand the image for them. Eastside Motosports is already giving this to their riders to show their appreciation for their team.
